Since Andy's location is so close to the coast and prone to
driving rains and scorching sun, she desired larger overhangs along the sides of
the stalls and raised center section. The roof was then insulated for the
additional comfort of Andy, Omar and the horses. A large covered patio was
added at the rear of the barn facilitating areas for breeding and grooming.
