Actually, we can do either! You can pull the permits, if you have the time, or we can hire a permitting service to act on your behalf for an additional fee. If the property is zoned "agricultural", you may not even need permits. Contact your local building authorities.
MD Enterprises (our corporate office) is working with several national sources for financing. Usually, the best rate can be acquired from local institutions where you normally bank. Check with the same companies that you are currently using for you home, car, etc.
We do have several leasing companies that we work with for buildings used in businesses. This offers you the ability to write off the lease on your taxes! Contact us for further details.
We can. We will include a concrete estimate in our quote to you for a completed project price. Your new building will require concrete piers at all corners or footers and support areas and ribbons for the walls to sit on. Depending on the design, you may also need flat work for your porches, feed, tack, offices and/or center aisles. You may also hire a separate contractor for your concrete work. All we ask is that the foundation be built to the barn engineering specifications to meet the wind load requirements for your area.
No. However, we can contract local professionals in your area to complete this work for you. By placing the service in our contract, you only have to deal with one person and avoid the scheduling of different contractors. At the time of your quote, we will include an "allowance" based on your wishes and previous jobs. You can also contract with these professionals directly.
Yes. MD offers several popular roof and wall colors to choose from in their standard wall materials. We also offer finishes that you can paint in any color offered by your local home improvement center.
Yes. We can hire a local contractor to apply the stucco finish that can then be painted the same color as your home. Custom work can also be added to add dimension to the facade.
Yes and no. These custom designs are truly "one-of-a-kind" and will vary based on your personal tastes. Usually, we will provide the shell for you or your local contractors to finish.
